• Custom borders and finishes

Because custom products are manufactured specifically for each client:

 

All custom orders are final sale.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all measurements, specifications, and design selections before production begins.

 

6. Measurements

Client-provided measurements are accepted at the client's risk.

Elevated Loom strongly recommends professional measurement services before ordering custom products.

Elevated Loom is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate measurements supplied by clients, contractors, builders, designers, or third parties.

 

7. Delivery & Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Lead times may be affected by:
